Please note that all registrations are reviewed to ensure the correct ticket category has been selected. If an adjustment is required a member of our team will contact your directly.
1. Registration & Payment
Delegate passes are only confirmed upon successful payment via credit card. Completing the registration form alone does not secure your pass.
Alternative payment options:
If you do not have access to a credit card and wish to pay through another method, or would prefer to speak with a team member before completing your registration:
  • Please email us at partnerships@gmevents.ae Include your name, contact details, and the name of the event and Our team will get in touch with you promptly.
Post-payment confirmation:
After completing registration and payment, please check your spam/junk folder in case the system-generated confirmation email is not delivered to your inbox.
Selecting the correct ticket:
  • Ensure that you choose the correct industry category and ticket price when booking.
  • All registrations are closely monitored and verified by our team.
Incorrect industry selection:
A member of our team will contact you to assist with correcting the selection
  • If we are unable to reach you, your registration will be automatically cancelled and your payment will be refunded to your card
2. Event Postponement or Cancellation
  • In the unlikely event that the conference is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, government regulations, etc.), paid delegate fees will be either:
  • Transferred to the rescheduled date, or
  • Refunded in full (excluding bank charges or payment gateway fees).
  • The organizer shall not be liable for any other costs incurred by delegates (travel, accommodation, etc.).
3. Access & Participation
  • Delegate passes are non-transferable during the event without prior approval.
  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who has not completed payment or whose behavior is deemed disruptive.
4. Data Protection & Privacy
  • By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of administering the event and future event updates.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver event services.
5. Photography & Media
  • The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such media unless you notify the organizer in writing beforehand.
6. Code of Conduct
  • Delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal without refund.
